We take part in regular reviews and audits of the standards and performance of any team member working for us, taking steps to resolve any concerns or problems.
Our staff are all DBS checked and we regularly undertake quality assurance visits and quality control checks.
We are accredited and regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC)
